Kinesys Automation's lid placers feature modular construction rendering them versatile and flexible for any manufacturing line. Featuring a floor level side stack, our lid placers are easy to replenish obviating the need for steps and ladders. Kinesys Automation has developed solutions that can be tailored as semi or fully automated and for either low or high throughput applications.
Featuring low level recharge heights, and casters for mobility, our lid placers are ergonomically designed to alleviate operator fatigue and ease of setup.
Developed for indexing style manufacturing lines, these systems are designed to remove the top lid off of a stack and place it directly onto a stationary container. As each lid is removed the stack is elevated to raise the top lid to a pre-defined position until the entire stack is exhausted.
Developed for continuous motion style manufacturing lines, these systems are designed to remove the top lid off of a stack and place it on an inclined slide allowing the forward most lid to catch the lip of a passing container. As each lid is removed the stack is elevated to raise the top lid to a pre-defined position until the entire stack is exhausted.
Highly reliable, a lid dropper is ideal for lids that feature circumferential characteristics that allow for separation of stacked lids. Lid droppers are fully automatic and are capable for quickly and accurately dropping metal and plastic lids on a passing pail or container. Featuring only a locking lever and handwheel, lid droppers are adjustable for containers of varying height and diameter without the need for tools. Incorporated with a star wheel alignment module, our systems can accurately place and align lids at rates of up to 45 containers per minute.
