Kinesys Automation has developed the most compact and economical palletizing solution available in the marketplace designed specifically for pails, drums, cases and bags, and features versatility for accommodating the customers' needs of semi-automatic to fully automatic. The system is specifically designed to eliminate the task of manual palletizing by using the simplest machine design possible, while minimizing its footprint to as little as 7’ x 7’. With an impressive lift load of up to 650 lbs. and interchangeable pick up heads, the palletizer is a high efficiency system designed to eliminate the need for manually stacking of containers at an affordable price point.
Available as Semi or Fully automated and Low or High Throughput. Pallets are introduced and removed from the system manually in semi-automatic systems, and can be safeguarded with either a pair of access doors or a light curtain embedded within the structural elements of the framework. Fully automatic systems employ integrated pallet conveyors to allow for automated pallet movement and, while still offering an efficient use of floor space usage, are configurable to satisfy every option in pallet movement in and out of the palletizer.
Low-throughput systems are highly flexible in accommodating various size containers with interchangeable pick heads, whereas high-throughput systems are rigid in their design and construction.
Semi-automatic systems require pallets to be introduced and removed manually, whereas fully automatic systems employ integrated pallet conveyors to allow for automated pallet movement. While still offering an efficient use of floor space usage, our palletizing platform is configurable to satisfy every option in pallet movement in and out of the palletizer.
Kinesys Automation's palletizers are gantry style (Cartesian) robotic systems that employ two high-resolution servo motors for xy location with a pneumatic lift cylinder for the z-axis, or three high-resolution servo motors for all three axes. A fourth rotational axis is available in servo or pneumatic, depending on the application.
