KA-08-001 – This 8 headed Volumetric Doser is based on Kinesys Automation’s modular filling platform. With 8 independent and dedicated pneumatic piston actuators, system is capable of filling containers ranging in volume from 2 mL to 10 mL. This system incorporates Kinesys Automation’s proprietary valve configuration described as a low pressure positive displacement valve with minimized shearing properties. The valve body, constructed of stainless steel, consists of a rotary spool valve, and a positive displacement cavity with an associated piston.

All wetted parts are constructed of 300 series stainless steel, and equipped with chemically resistant seals (Viton/Teflon).
