KA-24-002– Lo throughput, semi-automatic palletizer for 5 gallon pails, designed for palletizing up to 6 pails per minute. Designed for Class 1, Division 1 explosion proof rating. Includes 1 pail pick-up head, forming a 4×4 pattern on a 48″x48″ pallet, 3 pails high. Each pail can be individually rotated for handle positioning such that the label can viewed from all 4 sides of the pallet. System includes a pair of access doors for positioning and removing the pallet, in addition to a safety door on the side for access to the infeed conveyor and rotate station.
