Fully automatic 1 gallon jug case packer integrated with a cap torque checker.  System includes a 4-head pick up station to lift and place 4 1-gallon jugs into a pre-erected case.  System features fixturing for spreading the flaps open.

System incorporates poly-v powered roller conveyors to bring product from inside a hazardous area to the case packer, through a taper and into a palletizer (see KA-24-006).
