Fully automatic processing line for 5-gallon metal pails..
- Pail Denester: Stacks of nested pails are individually separated into a continuous line.
- Pail Filler: 2-headed indexing style pail filler, equipped with safety enclosure.
- Lid Placer: Stacks of nested lids are individually separated and dropped onto a stationary pail.
- Reject Station: Station equipped with a missing lid detector and an over height sensor. Station ensures that any pails with either a missing lid or 2 lids is cross-pushed onto a and rejectconveyor.
- Dual Station Crimp Style Lid Closer: Pails are raised off of the roller surface while the lid is crimped.
- Handle Flipper Station: Handle is flipped to the other side of the pail allowing the labeler to apply the label circumferentially.
- Dual Station Pail Rotate Station: Pails are individually rotated and positioned such that the handles are facing each other.
- Dual Station Pail Inverter: Pairs of pails are inverted 180 degrees, and discharged with the handles remaining raised throughout the remaining length of conveyor leading to the palletizer.
- High Throughput Pail Palletizer: 4-head palletizer picks up 4 pails and positions them onto the waiting pallet forming a complete row. System equipped with laser sensor to detect any hanging handles prior to placement on the pallet.
- Pallet Dispenser: Accommodates 10 single size pallets. Each pallet discharged into the palletizer.
