Kinesys Automation’s lid placers feature modular construction rendering them versatile and flexible for any manufacturing line. Featuring a floor level side stack, our lid placers are easy to replenish obviating the need for steps and ladders. Kinesys Automation has developed solutions that can be tailored as semi or fully automated and for either low or high throughput applications.

Featuring low level recharge heights, and casters for mobility, our lid placers are ergonomically designed to alleviate operator fatigue and ease of setup.

Pick and Place

Pick and Place Lid Placer

These systems are designed to remove the top lid off of a stack and place it directly onto a stationary container or onto a slide and strip plate. As each lid is removed the stack is elevated to raise the top lid to a pre-defined position until the entire stack is exhausted.

Accumulation Conveyor
Automatically loads stacks of lids onto elevator for more time between reloads.

Slide and Strip Plate
Places lids onto a strip plate which allows lid placing on continuous moving containers.

Metal Lid Separator
Mechanism which separates metal crimp lids which are tightly nested.

Mobile Design
Fitted with wheels, Lid Placer can be moved to work on multiple production lines.

Safety Interlock Doors
E-Stop integrated poly-carbonate (or other material) doors for added safety.

Explosion Proof
Designed to accommodate customer’s specific explosion proof rating and safety requirements.

Lid Dropper

Lid Droppers are ideally suited for fiction style lids ranging from 1/2 pint to gallon. Available as all pneumatic or electric, this system is capable of lidding up to 45 containers per minute.
