KA-16-030 – This fully-automatic subsurface filler is based on Kinesys Automation’s modular filling platform. With tool-less interchangeable filling nozzles, system is capable of filling both pails and jugs. Containers are brought into the filling station by way of an indexing beam conveyor. The scale features technology that allows for load cells to be calibrated at the touch of a button on the HMI. This system includes an infeed accumulation gravity conveyor, filling station and nozzles, and a lid closer for 5 gallon pails. This line can be equipped with a denester, lid placer, and palletizer, making it a true component of our modular design.
