SysTec Stackers

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

SysTec Engineering develops and manufactures high-throughput, multiline, stacking equipment servicing low to high cavitation injection molding customers. Containers are simply discharged into the stacker and the system delivers organized nested stacks at rates of up to 40,000 containers per hour.

Exclusively manufactured for SysTec Engineering, Kinesys Automation designs and builds SysTec stackers. Systems are positioned alongside a molding machine from which containers are conveyed and dropped into the SysTec. While system is indexing, containers tumble inside the machine and randomly occupy empty slots in the pallets. As the system indexes through each successive pallet, containers are ejected into guide chutes wherein they form nested stacks. The stacks are then presented to an operator on an accumulation table for subsequent packaging. 

Featuring simple mechanical principles for operation, the systems require little training and minimal operator operational skills, and are robust for any environment. Designed for manufacturing flexibility, SysTec’s stackers feature interchangeable components to accommodate a wide range of container sizes and stacking speeds.
