Fully automatic, dual head, sub-surface filler with pneumatic actuator and isolating ball valve, for processing totes. Choice of fill head is either user selectable or by programmed recipe.

System incorporates 3 staging conveyors to index in empty totes, and 3 staging conveyors to index out filled totes.

• In Process Conveyor: CDLR, 2-1/2″ roller diameter with DC powered roller, dual zone, 4″ roller spacing, mounted on custom 5,000 lbs. floor scale. Includes 2 sets of stop cylinders to accurately position tote under desired fill head.
• Empty Totes Conveyor: CDLR, 2-1/2″ roller diameter with DC powered roller, single zone, 6″ roller spacing.
• Completed Pallets Cnveyors: 9 elevators: 4 moving empty cases down, 4 moving filled cases up, and 1 moving filled cases down.
• Empty Totes Conveyors: CDLR, 2-1/2″ roller diameter with DC powered roller, dual zone, 4″ roller spacing.
• Power Requirements: 460 VAC, 80PSIG
