KA-20-001 – Semi-Automatic, low throughput pail palletizer, designed for palletizing 6 pails per minute. This system incorporates servo drives for x and y positioning, and servo-pneumatics for z positioning.  Empty pallets are manually introduced into the palletizer and completed pallets are manually retrieved.  This system can palletize a range of pails with interchangeable pick-up heads.  Through Kinesys Automation’s proprietary software, pallet patterns can be designed and saved directly on the HMI.  Working space is safeguarded with poly-carbonate guarding and access doors for access to the pallet and in-feed conveyor.
