Semi-Automatic Bag Palletizer

KA-11-002 – Low-throughput, semi-automatic bag palletizer, designed for palletizing 6 bags per minute. Light curtains are included on the front and side of the machine for pallet access, and safety doors on the back of the machine for human access. Pick-up head is designed to pick up multiple types of bags of different shapes and sizes up to 8″x13″x17″.

High Throughput Pail Palletizer

KA-13-007 – High throughput, semi-automatic palletizer for 5 gallon pails, designed for palletizing up to 20 pails per minute depending on settings. Includes 4 pail pick-up head, forming a 4×3 pattern on a 48″x40″ pallet, 3 pails high. Each pail can be individually rotated for handle positioning. Includes light curtains on the front of the machine for pallet access and safety doors on the side for access to the infeed conveyor and rotate stations.
