Drum Palletizer & Pallet Stacker

KA-23-003 – A 2-head drum palletizer positions 4 drums on a pallet having previously been ejected by a pallet dispenser, and releases the completed pallet into a pallet stacker.  The pallet stacker raises the pallet with drums up, allowing a second pallet with drums to move in underneath it.  The raised pallet is then lowered onto the lower pallet , and together they are moved down the line.  The completed pallets are moved by a drag chain conveyor, which is zoned with pop-up tables.

Indexing Pail Filler with Integrated Lid Crimper & Semi-Automatic Palletizer (XP)

KA-24-002– Lo throughput, semi-automatic palletizer for 5 gallon pails, designed for palletizing up to 6 pails per minute. Designed for Class 1, Division 1 explosion proof rating.  Includes 1 pail pick-up head, forming a 4×4 pattern on a 48″x48″ pallet, 3 pails high. Each pail can be individually rotated for handle positioning such that the label can viewed from all 4 sides of the pallet.  System includes a pair of access doors for positioning and removing the pallet, in addition to a safety door on the side for access to the infeed conveyor and rotate station.

Drum Palletizer with Stretch Wrapper

KA-21-007 – Low throughput, fully-automatic palletizer for 55 gallon drums, designed for palletizing up to 5 drums per minute depending on settings. Includes 1 drum pick-up head, forming a 2×2 pattern on a 48″x48″ pallet.  Includes integrated light curtain to allow the safe ejection of a completed pallet , however preventing operator access during operation.  Includes an interlocked safety door for access to the infeed conveyor.

System included a pallet dispenser and a stretch wrapper.

Pail Lid Closer & Palletizer

KA-23-007 – Kinesys Automation has developed its latest addition to fully-automated compact palletizers. With an integrated top sheeter integrated into the palletizer, and a standalone stretch wrapper, this system yields an impressively small footprint.

The conveying system features a pallet rotating station, allowing the pallets to always travel the ‘good-way’ across all rollers.

The pallet dispenser ejects a single pallet into the palletizer.  The empty pallet is rotated so that he palletizer can position 4 pails simultaneously across the pallet length.  Once completed the pallet is again rotated to it’s original position, while a top sheet is being pulled across the top of the pallet.  The top sheet is cut and dropped onto the pallet below.  The completed pallet is once again rotated so that it can be safely discharged onto the stretch wrapper, prior to discharging out awaiting a forklift to remove it.

Pail Palletizer with Integrated Stretch Wrapper

KA-20-004 – Kinesys Automation has expanded it’s line of palletizers to include an integrated stretch wrapper, allowing for unstable pallets to be automatically stretch wrapped immediately following palletizing.  Through handshaking controls, the stretch wrapper is automatically triggered to initiate its cycle and in turn prevents the palletizer from initiating a new cycle until the pallet has been removed and an empty pallet is placed in position.

4-Head Net Weigh Filler, Lid Placer, Lid Closer & Fully Automated Palletizer

KA-20-005 – Kinesys Automation introduces its latest development of a full featured pail line spanning filling through palletizing.

The fully automated line designed for 5 gallon plastic pails, includes a 4-headed net weigh filler (expandable to 5-heads), a versatile lid placer to accommodate lids from 4 manufacturers, and a high throughput pail palletizer.    The line further includes a top sheet dispenser and a stretch wrapper.  Set to process 24 pails per minute, the line ejects a completed pallet at the rate of 1 pallet in 90 seconds.
