Fillers

KA-16-030 – This fully-automatic subsurface filler is based on Kinesys Automation’s modular filling platform. With tool-less interchangeable filling nozzles, system is capable of filling both pails and jugs. Containers are brought into the filling station by way of an indexing beam conveyor. The scale features technology that allows for load cells to be calibrated at the touch of a button on the HMI. This system includes an infeed accumulation gravity conveyor, filling station and nozzles, and a lid closer for 5 gallon pails. This line can be equipped with a denester, lid placer, and palletizer, making it a true component of our modular design.

KA-09-004 – Kinesys Automation has developed an in-line 3 head Subsurface filler for filling pails and jugs. Containers are brought into the filling stations by way of a continuous moving table-top conveyor, then individually lifted off the conveyor. System includes independently actuated subsurface nozzles, dedicated for each station, allowing precise filling of each container independent of each other.

KA-05-001 – Highly automated, universal vertical cartridge filler to service the sealants and adhesives industries for dispensing a wide range of material viscosity formulations. Universally adaptable to process both pint and quart size cartridges with any flat bottom and conical bottom plunger regardless of material construction, and without requiring any tooling changeover. Fully automated design equipped with dual filler stations, three plunger insertion stations, desiccant dispenser, seam sealer, inkjet printer, and lot number cold stamper for any one-part and two-part cartridge. System included two volumetric dosers accommodating up to two colors/additives per doser and integrated static mixing columns.

KA-15-025 – Standalone, semi-automatic filler, designed for filling up to four drums on a single pallet. The swivel arm allows an operator to hover the valve over each drum prior to initiating filling. Filling automatically stops when the set weight of the drum is reached. Valve height can be selectively positioned to accommodate drums or totes.

KA-16-013 – Highly automated universal cartridge filler for the ink industry to fill 4.4lb and 8lb cartridges by weight, and with minimal changeover time. It is universally adaptable to process a wide range of cartridge geometries, with toolless changeovers in 10 minutes or less. Fully automated design with built in flexibility to fill by weight and selectively spray cartridges (pre and post fill) with antioxidant. Equipped with a high volume cartridge hopper, a plunger accumulator for continuous and uninterrupted processing, and an integrated labeling station.

KA-16-031 – Kinesys Automation has developed a dual head net-weigh tray filler. Trays are automatically advanced by a pneumatically actuated stainless steel reciprocating beam, equipped with spring loaded fingers that capture the edge of the trays, advancing them by 2 stations per index cycle. Walking-beam assembly may be quickly and easily disassembled for cleaning and washdown. Trays are positioned on top of stainless steel platforms, shrouding the digital scales during any accidental spills. System includes independently actuated ball valves, dedicated for each station, allowing precise filling of each tray independent of the other.

KA-13-009 – Standalone filler is based on Kinesys Automation’s modular filling platform. With tool-less interchangeable scales, system is capable of filling containers ranging in volume from 1/4 pint all the way up to 55 gallons. Scales feature technology that allows for all system load cells to be calibrated at the touch of a button on the HMI. System can easily be placed inline with a denester, lid placer, lid closer, and palletizer, making it a true component of our modular design.
